The handwashing sink next to the three-compartment sink was observed blocked with a saucepan stored in the basin there also was no soap and the hand towel dispenser was empty. Handwashing sinks should always be accessible and not used for anything other than hand washing and should always be fully stocked with soap and a way to dry hands to allow for effective handwashing.

The yellow hood inspection sticker expired July 2026; have an approved cleaner perform service and provide updated hood inspection sticker. The person in charge states the hood cleaning company is scheduled to perform service on 10-23-26.

Upon reinspection a plumber's report has been provided that states the work can be done but the persons in charge indicate that the proposed cost is a financial hardship. Fill out the provided Request For Variance document attached in the report email and return to isdhealth@boston.gov

At the rear exit whe the door is closed there is a gap between the door and frame at the bottom right that allows for pest entry; repair or replace the door and frame or add weather stripping to prevent pest entry.
