As a precaution all open foods contained in open top refrigerators has been volunarily discarded by the on site PIC that may have been affected by noxious smoke odors. PIC to contact trash company for an extra pickup to remove food waste (inside walking) if power is not restore in a timely manner. Upon arrival smoke odors has dissipated.

Fire alarm was panel was tripped due to grease fire. Provide documentation that fire alarm panel has been reset and email it to isdhealth@boston.gov pror to being allowed to reopen. Ok from ISD Electrician will be required prior to reopen *** Ceiling attachement/ light fixture needs to me repair and fully operational prior to re open.
