Observed the handsink blocked with equipment. PIC removed once directed. Advised to allow access to the handsinks at all operating times.

Heavy small fly activity observed in warewashing area. PIC provided report from Atlantis pest control who confirmed a preventative treatment was completed. Assure all areas are free of stagnant water.
