Quats from the mixer at the three compartment sink tested at 150ppm or lower the person in charge swapped the bulk container for a new quats conatiner and solution still tested at 150ppm or lower; person in charge was able to mix solution in red sanitizer buckets by hand to 400ppm and placed a service call to have the mixer repaired while the Health Inspector was on site. Chemical sanitizers should be at manafacturer specifications.
