Observed live roach activity under shelving units and on the floor. Provide an updated IPM style pest control report. PIC states service has not been done in months. Advised to maintain routine service at all times. Observed small black rodent droppings on the window ledge under the front counter on multiple shelving units cross from walk in unit. Clean all areas to remove.
