At the time of the inspection small black flies were noted in the area of the product display cases where bakery products are held. At this time they were noted in the area but where not were not observed on any products. All the bakery items were removed during the inspection and were placed on a rolling rack and covered to hold for service. Continue to hold donuts on rack instead of in display case until no flies are noted in the area and pest control provides proper treatments
