Ice/frost build-up observed on the back of the compressor to the walk-in freezer. Defrost and clean to remove.

Cooked sausage patties and sliced deli cheese inside of the open air deli cooler with elevated temperatures between 56-60F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. Elevated temperatures could possibly be due to the foods sitting above the pinch lines inside of the unit. All other foods isnide of the unit were at below 41F.
