Foods inside of the 2 door freezer in question were slightly thawed and with a temperature below 30F. All partially thawed foods were removed at the time of the inspeciton and placed into additional functioning freezers until all repairs have been made.

2 Door upright freezer on the back wall does not appear to be functioning properly. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain all food products solid. Technician was on sight earlier in the day to make all necessary repairs (as stated by management). All foods were removed and placed into additional freezers until repairs have been made.
