Remove paint from the shelving above the 3 bay sink. Remove dust from the ceiling vents inside the bathrooms Remove knobs from the soda machine and sanitize before using. Service the ice/soda machine before use. Purchase a new hose for the 3 bay sink Provide light bulbs for under the hoods. Purchase new sanitizer buckets

Yesterday morning 2/8/26 the cleaners arrived to the establishment and found a pipe behind the convention oven( that has a water hose attached) had burst. There was excessive water damage floor was flooded and some equipment was damaged. They did not loose electricity. Building and electrical did come out today. Not plumbing.
