Observed mold-like substance inside the ice machine. Clean to remove mold- like substance

Low temp dishmachine behind the bar W- 108 R- blank- Tested the machine and no sanitizer Low temp dishmachine at the wait station - W- 96- R- 50. Tested the machine and no sanitizer. Contact licensed company to repair machines. Discontinue using machines until repaired. Use the high temp dish machine in basement.

No evidence at today's inspection. PIC provided the last 2 pest reports 5/21 and 5/22. Activity is noted on reports. The PIC walked around with the exterminator and found the root of the problem. They are taking steps to remedy the isssue. Continue with the exterminor and closely monitor and clean any droppings. Please send over pest reports after every inspection. The reports must confirm that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified. Provide door sweep to front door to ensure no daylight come through the middle of the door.

Observed grease on the outside grease container. Clean to remove grease on container and on the ground. Observed oily/water substance around the ground drain near the storage container. Ensure staff is not dumping grease or mop water down the drain. Observed no lid on the dumpster and a full recycle bin. Provide lid for the dumpster and ensure that it is closed. Break down boxes in the recyle bin and ensure that the lid is closed.
