Observed in-use utensils stored in soiled 70F water at the cook line; in-use utensils should be stored on a clean and sanitized surface in water 135F and above at all times or in cool running water; corrected on site after the observation. Observed in the ice chest where the tortillas are being made the ice scoop stored inside the ice chest with the handle touching ice ice scoops should be stored to prevent the handle from contaminating the ice.

Observed employee drinks stored on shelving along the cook line directly above foods and food contact surface; store employee foods and drinks in designated areas where they cannot contaminate food utensils food contact items and surfaces.

Observed the gaskets on both doors of the double door cooler in the rear room damaged; repair or replace the gaskets.
