Facilty observed pickling onions / eggplant (oil) for preservation a. Discontinue provide HACCP to ISDHEALTH to be approved.

Back door observed missing effective door sweep (daylight observed). Install effective door sweep to prevent pest access.

PIC unable to provide sanitizer test strips for both low temp dishwasher and 3 bay sink . Provide & keep accessible. Inspector's test strips was used to measure the pH.
**Controlling Pests (Pf)
Rodent dropppings observed downstairs in multiple areas. Clean to remove IPM report from licensed exterminator was provided on site and showed no activity. Recommended PIC to increase visit. (monthly basis right now)
