*Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning System Vents (C)
Observed heating vents that are wrapped around the heat pipes. Remove/repair- Provide invoice from licensed HVAC company stating that wrapping is to code. All pipes need to be enclosed over 3 bay sink/any prep work is taking place. Contact licensed contractor to enclose pipes.
**Controlling Pests (Pf)
- Observed mice droppings on the ground under the hand sink on the shelfing in the basement. Owner stated that the exterminator comes out once a times a week. He was able to provide 10/8. There was one catch. Please clean the dropping and sanitize the floors and shelving in the basement. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified. - Observed a space between the front door frame and the door. Ensure that the door has a proper fit to prevent rodent activity.

Observed grease on the floor in the basement under the grease trap. Clean grease trap and degrease the floor under neath.
