The housing for lights in the kitchen dish area is cracked and missing material; repair or replace.

The handwashing sink at the dish area leaks water even when both handles are in the off posistion; the handwashing sink in the employee restroom is cracked in the sink basin and employees have been directed to use the public restrooms until further notice; repair or replace the damaged handwashing sinks both are useable.

The exterior surfaces of the chemical warewashing machines at the bars are heavily soiled | the interiors of the deep fat fryer cabinets are heavily soiled with grease; clean and sanitize of grease and soils.

At the main chemical warewashing machine the PSI gauge reads over 30psi during rinse cycle; have the PSI gauge and machine serviced so PSI gauge reads at recommended range during rinse cycle.

In the basement observed large areas and amounts of large dark rodent droppings throughout basement no activity in other parts of restuarant observed during the inspection. Pest Control Operator was contacted during the inspection to perform and emergency service tomorrow. Send the IPM report once service is completed to isdhealth@boston.gov and the report should show no captures no evidence of pests and any exclusionary recommendations have been completed and that the basement has been cleaned and sanitized of droppings.
