Fresh Guacamole and diced onions inside of the open air cooler with elevated temperatures between 49-51F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F.

Small sliding glass door freezer on teh cooking line with excess frost build-up. Defrost and clean to remove.

Middle open air cooler at the cooking line does not appear to be functioning properly. Address and discontinue use unless all foods are able to be maintained at below 41F. Half of the sliding glass basement freezer door mssing. Replace. All foods were still frozen inside of the freezer.
