PIC was able to provide an updated pest report from 8/18/26. Light activity for cochroaches. The report states the food is still being left out at night and stagnant water. Please ensure staff is taking the trash out at the end of the night. The pest reports need to be free and clear of activity and no sanitation concerns. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.
