In the restroom there is a missing or damaged tile where the floor and wall meet and there is missing sealant where the floors and walls meet in mulitple areas; repair to prevent moisture and water damage.

The designated person in charge is not a certified food protection manager and was unable to answer questions regarding proper temperatures of cold holding of foods illness policy and sanitization; provide a person in charge who is knowledgeable about food safety illness policy and sanitization.

In the warewashing area and in the food prep areas there are exposed HVAC ducts utility lines and pipes; provide enclosed HVAC ducts utility lines and pipes above the food prep areas and warewashing areas.

Observed employee belongings stored in the food prep areas on top of boxed foods; there is a designated area in the back hallway with lockers for employee belongings and employees were asked to remove their personal items to that area to avoid possible contamination.
