Evidence of what appears to be rodent droppings observed under the basement staircase storage area's and under the 3 bay sink. Clean to remove and provide more frequent pest control reports.

At the time of the re-inspection there was evidence of what appears to be rodent droppings in the basement under the stairs as well as under the 3 bay sink. Address and provide an up to date pest control report and ensure there more frequent pest control reports.

Hood sticker exp 12/25. Provide proof of required routine cleaning.

Missing paper towels at the handsink. Provide at all times

Heavy grease build up observed on the paper towel dispenser next to cookline. Clean to remove. Heavy grease build up and debri observed on the front window ledge in kitchen. Clean to remove. Heavy food soils observed on the shelving unit under the microwave. Clean to remove.
