Front and exterior doors both need door sweeps to ensure no pest activity. Provide. PIC provided me the 2 most recent pest reports. Reports stated no activity or catches. The report did recommend the door sweeps. Spoke to the PIC and explained how important it is to read the pest reports and address any concerns and recommendations on the reports.

Observed mold-like substance on the silicone behind the dish machine sink. Remove and repair. Observed a ring/putty around the drain in the hand sink near the 3 bay sink. Remove and repair.
