Observed mold-like substance on the wall behind the 3 bay sink. Remove old caulking around the 3 bay sink. Fully adhere and seal the caulking around to ensure a continous watertight seal. Clean and sanitize walls to remove mold like substance. Observed disorganized walk in small freezer in the kitchen area. Please organize the walk in freezer.

Observed a vent that is connected to the furnance not properly secured to the furnance. Repair. Observed a drain outside in the trash area that is not properly draining. Repair to ensure no stagnant water.

Observed rodent droppings on the ground in the electrical room which is a shared space. Observed hole in the ceiling and open wall that leads to a dirt floor. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection Observed a few pipes on the side of the building that are not capped or have mesh on them. Please speak to the exterminator about these pipes. PIC was able to provide a pest report and the exterminator is schedule to come out tonight. Pest report states catches in the electrical room not in the restaurant. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.

Observed ice on the ground outside in the trash area. Ensure the ice is being removed melted washed away and put into the drain. Ensure no stagnant water is left outside. Observed rodent droppings on the ground outside. Clean to remove all rodent droppings. Observed linen barrells with soild linens being stored outside. Ensure all linens are properly stored. Observed debris between the freezer unit and the stairs. Clean grounds in the trash area to remove all debris and shells.
