The Sausage Skewer Chicken skewer Beef skewer were observed stored in a container at room temperature with an ambient temperature of 50F. PIC was instruced to maintain cold holding at 41F and below (PIC relocated the food itmes to refrigeration unit to cool down)

Facilty uses yellow sponge for warewashing and to clean equipments. Discontinue using sponge to wash food contact surfaces to prevent contamination
