Ceiling tiles in prep areas are not smooth durable easily cleanable and non absorbant. Tiles are not tight fitting Chipped paint on mixer stand in prep area Basement - Employee bathrooms and changing area had been closed due to drain issue. Facilities and drain company on site and addressing issues - No food services facilities have been effected by this.Employees are using bathrooms on main level. Per Director of facilities they received a call that there was a clog in the toilets in the Bartol locker rooms and our crew tried to free the clog. They were unsuccessful so we called in John's Sewer to free the clog. The report that I just received was that John's Sewer is still trying to free the clog. Once the clog is free our janitorial staff C&W will be heading down to clean up water and sanitize the floor and fixtures. I will be heading over to that campus shortly to evaluate the situation and I will stop by and update you in person.
