Observed a water leak coming from the ceiling in the dining area. PIC stated that when it rains the water comes right through the ceiling as observed. Contact a licensed contractor to address the leak clean and sanitize areas that were effected and submit all invoices for the repairs.

Observed no door sweeps to the exterior doors. Provide door sweeps and repair door so that door is secure/tight fitting to help prevent any rodent activity.
