Observed heavy rodent dropping in meat / butcher area in basement All rodent droppings cleaned in basement meat storage/cutting area (Ok 7-10-26) Discussed with PIC to thoroughly clean and seal any structural voids present still a few things along wall that need to be resealed 7-10-26: Found doppings behind the Chicken Roaster over and grease build up on floor with possible nesting as well clean thoroughly and install some snap traps in this area to help prevent rodent issues.
