At the time of the re-inspection there was still ice build-up observed on teh compressor of the 2 drawer Delfield cooler. defrost and clean to remove.

At the time of the re-inspection shredded chocken and sliced deli cheese insided of the 2 drawer cooler with a slightly elevated temperature of 46F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are at/below 41F. Discontinue use until repairs have been made.
