Multiple mouse droppings were observed on the kitchen floor behing the equipment and in the back area leading to the employee locker room. Clean to remove .PIC to provide detailed IPM report from a licensed exterminator to: Keila.depina@boston.gov Orkin pest control report dated 0/21/2026 indicates mouse activity. All affected area must be cleaned and sanitize. 10/29/26 The establsihment completed a deep cleaning and appeared clean and well organice. A door sweep was installed and no evidence of rodent activity was observed at the time of compliance inspection. However the pest control report indicated evidence of rodent activity. Orkin last IPM report dated for 10/24/2026. 5 Juvenile mice captures
